He was probably texting - but believe it or not that's legal. He was probably texting - but believe it or not that's legal. Law enfarcement are specifically exempted from Louisiana's texting-while-driving ban.<br/><br/>The radio traffic heard was unrelated, Louisiana State Police doing something in a different parish.
