Weâve already completed trail testing in Prescott, Arizona at Alto Pit OHV Park, a perfect location with plenty of elevation changes, varying terrain, desert and mountain landscapes and summer temperatures that are far more bearable than the Southern Arizona deserts. <br/><br/>While weâre still taking notes and kicking tires, we thought weâd drop a quick clip of what goes on during a typical ATV Rider trail test. We spared you the pencil pushing and focused on the dirt slinging, which you can see right here.<br/><br/>In the black jersey, thatâs ATV Riderâs newest contributing editor Bryce Hendricks at the controls of the KingQuad 500 AXi. For the current change year 2024, the EQS is now receiving an extremely extensive update package. The electric flagship comes with up to 82 kilometres more range, a new radiator cover with chrome applications and an upright Mercedes star on the front hood as well as even more comfort in the rear.<br/>The EQS was already one of the electric cars with the longest range. In the future, customers will be able to cover even more kilometres without stopping to charge. Thanks to an increased battery capacity from 108.4 to 118 kWh, the maximum range of the EQS 450 4MATIC, for example, increases from 717 to 799 kilometres. This means an increase in range of more than 11 percent. With a range of 683â822 kilometres, the EQS 450+even exceeds the 800-kilometre mark.")

In delivering maximum output the main focus has been on the calibration strategy between ICE and e-motor, reaching a total output of 800 CV to ensure an optimal power curve in every driving mode and on every surface. A 25.9-kWh lithium-ion battery is situated below the load floor and above the electronically-controlled rear differential.<br/><br/>The permanent-magnet synchronous electric motor located inside the 8-speed automatic transmission can act as a boost for the V8 combustion engine but also as a traction element, making the Urus SE a 100% electric 4WD vehicle capable of traveling more than 60 km in EV mode.<br/><br/>Debuting on the Urus SE is the new centrally-located longitudinal electric torque vectoring system with an electro-hydraulic multi-plate clutch, which distributes driving torque variably and continuously between the front and rear axles. The transfer case works in synergy with the new electronic limited-slip differential installed on the rear axle, giving the vehicle âon demandâ oversteering to convey the feel of a purebred super sports car.")
