This sketch featuring Masanja, one of Africas most famous comedians, was shot in a mall country clinic outside Dar Es Salam, Tanzania.It is being used broadcast to highlight the dangers of diseases spread by syringe re-use.nWhen we arrived for the shoot the word went round like wild-fire and within minutes 600 people came out of the bush to catch a glimpse of the star.nMasanja plays all of the parts and acted like the consumate professional, even doing a 20 minute stand up routine to calm down
