I recently spent a week filming in Hong Kong, creating short biopics of China's forgotten tradesmen. Mainly shot in Sham Shui Po, Tai O floating village, Yuen Po Street Bird Garden and Hung Hom where old craftsmen ply their trades in the shadow of Hong Kongs' rampant urban development. This is one in a number of short films giving insight into these warm and passionate people who are still dedicated to their craft.nnHong Kong currently has left only three mahjong handcrafters, and Ms. Ho Sau Mei
