Description: Via trial and error, I realised that the Blue Yeti / Sony a6400 combination is very particular about requiring a clean USB signal free of any electromagnetic interference (EMI). The Blue Yeti also requires a computer to power it, even if you’re getting analog audio from the headphone jack (a USB power adapter doesn’t work; it has to be a computer) and the quietest power source I could fine is a $5 Raspberry Pi Zero.
