Description: It’s difficult to stay prepared for any unexpected attack outdoors. Usually, when an attacker lunges at you, the idea is to grab your neck. When the attacker has a hold of your neck, they could either pull you closer or shorten the distance for a lethal impact. It’s important that you stay calm during such situations. To shift your position from the hold or to shift the attacker’s attention from you, you must try to disturb their focus. Use your index finger, the middle finger, and your ring finger to brush through their eyelids. When this happens, the normal tendency is to protect the eye, leaving the attacker vulnerable. The muscle that is responsible for supplying blood to the brain is then left exposed. To make the most of the situation, use your fist, your elbow, or your open palm to strike that area for maximum damage. When used correctly, this blow can render the attacker unconscious.
